TF2 Class Limits

[Low Budget]

Ok guys, since the engineer update, we have seen a ridiculous amount of engineer per team. I had 9 engineers on my team of 12 yesterday, which just ruins the game.
So after consulting with a few TD members and regulars, we set a limit of 3 classes:

Engineer: 3/team
Spies: 3/team
Snipers: 3/team

Hopefully this should balance and make the game a little more fun for everyone.
