A weird take on the application format, still basically the same thing so sure.
There's a couple of things you need to work on.

First: T0x1c S01d3r is your game handle, not ID.
Second: Your Steam ID is STEAM_0:1:47525911.
Third: The first time you joined the server was 28/28/12. So sure, you have 1 month on the servers, but that brings me to point 4.
Forth: You have only played on the servers for just under 4 hours.

Times your connection time by 10 and apply again when you meet the requirements.
