omission

Do you believe some individuals are able to use their mind to move objects without physically touching them? (telekinesis)

not to high standards like moving a car or something. i believe you can use it to push a pencil or something small.

No, and if someone alleges they can move something with their mind, its a trick.

An old gradeschool trick of using 'telekinesis' is balancing a square piece of tin foil on a toothpick and 'moving it with your mind' by holding your hands around it. The movement is created by heat but still looks nifty

Just cut a small even piece of aluminum or metal foil up. Get a styrofoam cup, put it upside down, and stick a toothpick in the center. you can 'tent' the foil a bit to balance it on the toothpick. Let it stabilize and sit perfectly still. Put your hands close around the foil and the heat from your hands will create an exchange of hot vs cool air. This difference between hot and cold air is enough to move the tinfoil on the toothpick. The warmer your hands, the faster it can be moved or spun.
