Seems like he does have a demo. Maybe he sent it to 35. And if anything, we just need 35 to share it with the other admins so we are all on the same page.

The reason it says 1 TK is because the player is careful not to TK. Since he is shooting people on his own team, usually at the beginning of the round (just after the auto-slayer disables itself) he can see the health percentage of his victims and choose who to shoot at such that he won't actually kill them.
