Haven't seen a lot of this player, but from what I have seen maturity is an issue...

Just a note here Conqueror, people are free to choose to sell or not sell their items as they see fit - raging & calling people dickheads in chat because they don't agree to the deal you want to make doesn't reflect very well on you...and indicates to me the lack of neccesary maturity for a Staff position.

I'm going to go ahead and vote No on this one for now.
