Yeah my company did the same last summer, then suddenly I could connect again, but ALL other gaming, social, youtube etc. sites remained blocked.

Only thing I did was complain (via the internal message; "If you think this site is related to work, report your reasons for access...blah blah blah". It was a VB forum and I complained I needed access to such forums, for quick answers to VisualBasic codes which saved me time forming my own solutions.

Next thing I know, TD forums is back on for me too! :)
Edit: I think TD shows up as "social forums", but so does a lot of other technical forums, which i had a legit reason to access.
