Why do you want to join Toronto Darkly?
Mostly just want admin privileges for when there are asshats on the server and nobody to take care of em. I play quite a bit in the afternoon when a lot of others aren't on so it can be hard to deal with tkers and afks and hackers at that time. I was also admin on the CS:S secondary server when that was on the go, so I have some idea of how to do things, even though I may need a rebuff.
