Alright - link me the mods if you know of solid ones (locked chests etc.), if not I'm searching right now and I'll set them up on the server.

This is a good idea but I'm going to make a huge mine that we can all use somewhere just outside the city. maybe i'll just ake a mining village for everybody.
I'm not good at building lol

So for the starting area If you noticed, which most have, I have done a bit of building. I have been asked what the dimensions I am using for property.

House lot: 10x10
Tavern lot / Public building lots: 20x20

That's it so far and just thought I would post it here to let you guys know.
