Watch how he plays, his cross hairs are always looking on the ground until a enemy comes around the corner and his cross-hairs randomly go up. He doesn't check his corners to see if anyone is there, if you watch him you have a 90% feeling hes tracking you though the walls. dator also caught onto this.

For now just spec him. the last thing you want to do is ban a legit player.
