Suggestion: Halloween mode/Custom skins

Hey @Gatherix , I was wondering why custom skins/halloween mode are disabled on most of the Trade TF2 servers? There are quite a few "swanky" tf2 halloween only hats that I (and many others!) wish were wearable on the servers! There is also an abundance of custom tf2 skins that are adored by many, so why not enable custom skins? If you could take a moment to answer, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you.

I believe it has to do with the versions of sourcemod. As DGN most likely uses the latest version and one of the most stable Force Holiday plugins is running 1.6

Going back to 1.6 could cause problems w/ other plugins and I think they'd rather avoid that at all costs. Of course I am just guessing and can be totally wrong but hopefully this gives you some insight on to why this isn't on the servers.
