Just picked these up this evening. All I have to say is WOW. Software is amazing, sound is amazing, mic is amazing, design, feel, comfort... wow. I've never owned a really good set of headphones, so I can't really compare to others out there, but it definitely feels like $200 on my head and in my ears.

They're currently on sale at CanadaComputers for $169.99 ($30 instant off). I'm super impressed.
