Steam is Fucked Up Again

Everything I type won't work.
Pressing "W" closes the chat window.
Pressing "Enter" adds a new line in the chat, so I can't send my message.
Pressing "A" selects everything and deletes it.
Pressing "Backspace" deletes a whole word.

Help please :/.
This happened randomly. I got some French characters when I typed /, so I pressed CTRL and RShift quickly to switch languages. Then this shit happens.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Computer: Acer Aspire 5742-6458
How Old?: ~2 years

Sounds like your CTRL button is permanently pressed.
Try hitting it a few times and see if that works.
