Both agreed to a spycrab with the victim, Kenzo, winning the crab 3-1 and the accused, Scunt Main, disconnecting from the server running from the wagered crab. He then reconnected to the server under the name Meme Machine and was then banned for 1 week. Fear the Elderly was there and witnessed the whole thing. Requesting an upgrade to permaban of accused.

yes I was there also, they had requested an admin but I said I could not mm because I have trade wait and Kandi had called for another admin, scunt main or meme machine tried to change the rules to first to 3 win after the crab had started and he was down by 1 crab, then he lost and ran and changed his name and came back and was promtly banned by Lone. I had told them to stop the crab, but they continued and this was the result. FEAR 2/7/17 aprox 7:09 pm west coast time

To be completely honest, this isn't a sufficient amount of proof. If he came back to the forums to argue his case and all we have is the one screenshot, the ban wouldn't hold up. I'll let some other Admins chime in here, but I'm not sold on perming him yet.

Cmp has a point...I trust that you guys did witness it happen and trust what you are saying but if he was to appeal this ban we wouldn't have much evidence to prove our case against him.

For the sake of records, I'm closing this report. If this user does in fact scam again, please record or get more screenshots. We want him gone as badly as you do, but without the proper evidence, we can't get rid of him.
