BANNED Spycrab runner - ban request

This guy lost a spycrab and ran on Server #2 on 9/26/13 at about 1:40am EST.

I was in the server and observed the entire thing.

The guy he was spycrabbing with was "UpInArms227" STEAM_0:1:41189794

Just to jump in here, I think video and/or chat log evidence of agreement is what is needed for a SteamRep tag. Just my guess.

Witnesses hold absolutely no value in regards to evidence for a SteamRep tag as they are frequently impossible to validate and have a large risk of malicious intent.

A video recording of the spycrab, and thus the alleged scammer leaving before paying the designated wager, is sufficient. Server chat and event logs can also be used if the proposed incident is clearly shown.

I know you're a mod, don't worry. That was why I was confident enough to go along with a Perm on our servers.

I am working on getting SJ to let me change peoples forum perms at the moment.
You and a few others still need their forum tags and permissions changing.
