At around 5pm(-07:00gmt) user "Darkly | Ass of Hats" went into server #4 and was advertising for paid spy crab with buy ins for another server(unknown server). At 5:15(-07:00gmt) I was msged about this and sent a screen shot of a conversation between the user who told me and "ass of hats" , I then got CMP and my self to go into the server, he left and went to server #5 before we got there, when I went into he sever he was doing his advert for the crab over the mic then some trading watched him for about a minute then confronted him. He told me the crab was for another server group so the rule about events didn't apply, which is wrong of course. So I explained its not allowed regardless if its for another server and told him he needs admin/moderator permission before he host any events with buy-ins. he said oh "Well I didn't know" some one with a darkly tag not knowing the rules hmm. He then persisted to ask for permission after I told him no, after which he said if i could point in the direction of a moderator or admin who could let him host it, I told him no you have no permission from any of the admins he then stormed off and called me rude for answering the same question over 3 times with the same answer all 3 times.

Edit: It is unknown if he recived any buy-ins.

Also, even though I don't have video and/or screenshot/video evidence of this, but I know Kandi and TankClash were watching. So, I took a break from homework on Saturday (Break ends on Thursday, then I will come back in a week or 2, or even more..), then when I went to #2 (I forgot what day) Kandi and Tank were there. Kandi was still spycrabbing as usual, but Ass of Hats kept interrupting the spycrab. He was shooting grenades, walking into the spycrabs on purpose, and all of us were telling him to stop multiple times. I think it was all done on mic, but I might have posted something in the chat. I'll check later. Both Kandi and Tank can vouch for me, as they both witnessed what happened.

Even with his suspicious behavior, without any attempts or actual losses, I cannot pursue for a scammer tag at this time. His behavior falls under advertising and attempts to lure users away from our servers. Had such buy-ins took place then we would have a case.

However due to the use of our DARKLY tag, he is permanently banned.
