ok so this is what happened... it was gentlemen? vs. DUCK_ over 1 scrap they both put their scrap in a trade before it began... during the crab the trade was exited because gentlemen's internet is freaky ( he is my friend and this happens when we trade ) and then gentlemen won and then DUCK_ left when i talked to him he said that gentlemen broke the rules and he refuses to give him the scrap... if he would run just from a scrap imagine what he else he has chickened out from...

Do you happen to have any screenshots of the agreement between the two crabbers?
Also a screenshot of DUCK_ leaving the game.
Those kind of things would help greatly.

oh... its seems though that screen shots of the person leaving and the agreement... i do not... that is a shame though... so i will keep that in mine next time... thank you for the correction... but what type of format am i using? whats it for?

Once you fill in the form, we can begin to process the report.
Don't worry about screenshots if you do not have any specifically, I believe that there will be enough evidence in the Chat logs.

Thank you for filling in the correct format.
Now, I did a bit of research, and had a chat to one of the Head SteamRep Admins.
Unfortunately we can't get a full Scammer tag set on him.

This is due to lack of Evidence for both the reported situation and the situation talked about in his profile comments in your screenshot.
However, we can, and will, get a DGN Caution tag added to his account.
This will put him on a closer watch and if he slips up again he shall be marked as a Full Scammer.

I have now added this to our Queue.

So after Gentlemen? asked him again that he owed metal, this generic user left the server...

I'm going to upgrade to a full Scammer, previous suspicion and now suspicious behavior...and I found out where the screenshot came from. Then I found this.
