Allegedly the crab was for 2 of DarkRanger's Craft hats vs Mr.TF2's killstreak Machina

In the Video it shows DarkRanger winning. Then they go into a trade. (Not Captured by recording software)
Allegedly Mr.TF2 Left the game without paying for the spycrab.
