Thank you for the report Double Jumper but could you just clear up a few things for me.

I don't see a screenshot of an agreement here between the two crabbers, was this in chat or over mic?
and, What was the agreed upon amount for the crab?

Well, I believe you enough to give a local ban on Darkly servers.
But unfortunately with the lack of evidence, due to the agreement being over mic, your screenshots don't mean much.
They would not put this forward as a Scammer tag.

The most I can do is stop this user from playing here at Darkly, and that is what I shall do.
Thanks again for the report, please try and remember to cover all bases when reporting a runner.

Also could someone either mark this as banned or move into the TF2 section, Shotgun Jesus.

Go figure, half an hour after I leave the server, this happens. DoubleJumper, in the future, if you're keeping an eye on the spycrabs, it would help to record a demo; they don't take up much disk space, and they can provide a lot more information than screenshots. Ideally, anyone spycrabbing a bunch, like swampmonstar, should be recording demos to help catch this sort of thing.
