for some reason while spectating in the sever people will start getting stuck on the map and will show them carrying a bunch of guns, whats going on??? lol

This bug happens when the person spectating was a spectator during the last map when the map changes. If the person remains spectating, he will freeze the person he's/she's spectating. And like you said, they appear to be carrying guns and show a red name (spectator).

I think the AFK spectator just needs to be booted from the server.

Did something change in the server? It's been stuck at 30/32, if you join it says it's full. Just wondering if changes were made due to spec issues.
