A heavy with no name joined Blue and started spamming.

At first I thought I was flooding the server, but I had no idea how. My ping was unusually low (under 100 is low for me >.>), but then I noticed the colon. I hit Tab and saw him.
Status in the console and got his ID above.
Moelleux is a witness to trolling too. He was trying to snipe, but the troller kept standing in the way of the snipers.
This last screen is just more proof of him spamming.
