So I was looking for a solution for the whole problem of knowing who sprayed what and when, and this is what I found.
Looks pretty nice, gives you the option of spraying a players spray on command to where you are looking, and also gives you the option of removing the spray.

I'm not too sure on this one, idealy I was looking for a plugin that could add an Admin tag, but would let Admins turn their own tag off if they wanted. So that they could go incognito.
But, just thought I would post it as an idea.

I don't mean to revive an old thread, but I'm hoping something can be done about the sprays - very often there are vulgar sprays and you can't tell who made the spray.

It's not an old thread, it was posted a few days ago xD
Yes, that's why I suggested the plugin. It's hard for Admins like me to figure out whose the spray is.
My trick is to spray over it and watch out for who re-sprays it..but it's not always effective.
