England has a series called Shameless? Does it suck? :S
American. The first season is ok. The second is a bit more interesting. I found they took their sweet ass time developping the Steve and Fiona storyline in the first half of the first season. Once the Ahmish girl shows up, the series gets real interesting. In the second season, they come out swinging hard. All the dull, shitty characters have been written out of the story and things get interesting... along with having established a smattering of barely legal tits to be enjoyed throughout the show.
