is there any way we can track whos flooding the server?

thats fuckin annoying as hell! i thought it was just de_nuke, but people said it was probably one of two people. can that be confirmed? cause we should ban these people.

Not sure, but the server kicks everyone and gives the message "client # unreliable". the number was different everytime. This happened 4 times in a row on de_nuke about 15 minutes ago.

I ended up taking care of it. There were two guys who were sketchy and one of them kept saying shit like " wtf are you guys doing!!!???" and "you better fixed this or we're gunna leave!!!". So, I banned the dude for 15 minutes and it stopped happening so we permed him. I think what we're going to end up doing is putting a max # of timeleft requests per second (from what Leroy says, we think thats what causes it).

Never played on his server, but having met jeffy x amout of times irl, hes a cool guy. Yes he is our current toronto competitor as far as servers are concerned, but he would not take cheap shots like that at us. Nor would he advertise on our server.
An idea tho. Why not organize a TD vs WTF friendly scrim ?

This is actually a scary situation, as currently it can be conducted anonymously. All other situations can be addressed with an admin on our server, and since we have so many admins, it still surprises me when these fucktards show up and be fucktards. Like that idiot noob waller.

But seriously dude, I personally appreciate your patience and stickin' to the server. This is our community in action.
