Server Idea: Halloween mode

I've noticed users asking if the servers had Halloween mode activate and we don't, I was thinking we could activate so everyone can use those Full Moon restricted items whenever they come on.

The wiki says tf_forced_holiday 2 in the server.cfg file.

When I played on a TO server a week or two ago there was the Headless Horseman guy in the ring. I thought it was normal.

The horseman is different from the Halloween mode. He is just a small part of it they put into the trade servers so you could get the headless horseman head taker axe

While were on topic about server settings,
Can you set the sv_pure whitelist for materials/ to allow_from_disk? Custom skins never work.
