Server Down...?

As of the time of this post I cannot join the server.

I get a blank loading screen with no progress bar, and have to cntrl+alt+del.

Apparently the server is empty as well.

Time for a restart... or is there a known issue?

its been happening a lot recently. keep an eye out for a dead server with 1 person in it, thats usually the case.
