What are your hopes we will get this year? A renewal of the ongoing fight between The Soldier and Merasmus? Redmond and Blutarch's hell-bent brawl spilling back into the afterworld?

I believe that it may be space related, as in the fact that the latest promotion of Aliens: Isolation gave two very unique and game changing item load outs, I suspect we might end up on somewhere like rd_asteroid. (If you participated in the beta, it is a new map featured on an asteroid, robot destruction.)

Bread themed Halloween boss, calling it. They already have the texture from Expiration Date, and the bread monster looked like a pretty epic fight, from the portion in the movie.

Yes, all the yes. The problem is incorporating an entire server into the fray. As much as I would love to see this happen, I'm afraid I can't come up with any really good ideas.

I'd love some new haunted items too, those are always awesome.

You are right, as we all saw during the last Scream Fortress, even in a Payload Race, it was incredibly hard to get users to cooperate. Luckily, Helltower removed the need for real cooperation as it was the core brothers forcing us to fight each other...

Personally, I hope they make something like the previous event, because as much as I would love to see RED and BLU fight together against an enemy, we all know that the majority of gamers are more retarded than Mister Jane Doe. If you could force something, like how MvM is do or die.

I can almost guarantee more haunted items, the maps though I'm hoping for something new not just the reuse of previous years and of course the return of the presents x)
