Death by Darkly
This doesn't really constitute a violation of the server rules - they're a little iffy on that front since they pertain more towards Counter-Strike than TF2 Trading - so if this request is denied I think that's perfectly reasonable.
This is a report for a Spy-Crab scammer. Yes, I realize the server rules don't explicit state anything about this, and I also understand that it's at the personal risk of the participant to play in such games. The reason I'm posting this is because he both does it frequently and admits to it for self-amusement ("we usually do it for lols"), which, in my opinion isn't the kind of player that encourages or contributes to the kind of atmosphere that's wanted on the Darkly servers. I'm not mad about losing - I didn't lose much anyway. Just want some input on this, and it would be helpful to know if something like this should constitute a violation of server rules or not.
It was a 3-way spy-crab, each player betting 1 ref, with the last player standing collecting the winnings. Two of said players said they knew eachother and had the same clan tag, [PoAs]. One of them won the first round and collected the 2 ref. The second round, I won, and both players subsequently left, which wasn't that surprising. The players didn't show up in Steam's "Recently Played" list of players, so I went to the Darkly server stats to see if they had changed their name or something. I found this:
http://darkly.gameme.com/search?q=[PoAs]&si=uniqueid&rc=tf5&x=0&y=0
Nearly all of the entries were associated with two accounts, suggesting that they do this often and change their names after each time. Just to see what they would say, I added one of them on Steam and had a brief conversation with him/her. Please keep in mind I said what I said solely to see how he/she would respond.
And the name that he changed it to as shown in teh chat log, [PoAs] Nrubloc, was his name when he was on the server. When I was talking to him, his name was Poonslayer, as shown in the screenshot below (it's also shown in his name history)

As I said, I'd like to know if this sort of behavior should be punishable or not per the server rules. And, as I said, if not that makes complete sense too.
Thanks.
