Was interfering with my attempt to resolve the issue with InfectedMushr00m and was threatening to have the server reported after I kicked him for insulting myself/the server.

Fraps didn't get the sound (really need to invest in new recorder)

Narf was a witness.

I thought I'd incorporate the song, it was catchy and helped enlighten his alleged ban. Also, if it wasn't evident, this was after his temp ban from Cmp, and he's back and doesn't understand what he did was wrong.

He is overall being an absolute dick to everybody, like the information posted above confirms.

As for him being a dick, I was in server after he rejoined from his ban. He had his little "guess whose back" jingle nothing real bad. Narf, Snapple and others ( who I cant recalled) continued to pester him about the issue. Once people stopped bringing up and telling him hell get banned, he was quiet in server.

Im inclined to deny the request unless

I'm not sure if you had been idle at the time of him actually being here, in-game talking, because it seems me, HappySticks™, and Cmp™ all agree on this. Of course your decision's final, but I think there may be a miscommunication, or something you may be missing. If you need evidence, I can give you a few users who were there at the time.

Nope, I was there. I was following along. unless your talking about the initial ban... I was there after he came back

When SAXMAN was initially being abusive, you were not on the server at the time, Haze. I have no knowledge of what he is currently doing. I can only comment on what I was there for.

He insulted Darkly and myself, so I kicked him. He then returned and called myself corrupt, among other things. I issued a 30 minute tempban for Harassment and proceeded to make this report, where I discovered the Fraps clip did not capture the sound, which included Sax's disrespect.

I realize this report is less than airtight, but given that I have at least 2 witnesses to his behavior, surely something can be done about him?

As per the report guidelines, please do not post in a ban report unless you are an Admin/Mod, have evidence to provide that was not otherwise available, or are directly responding to a post or comment targeted at you, such as by the accused.

If you need evidence, I can give you a few users who were there at the time.

Witnesses are not evidence, unless said witness(s) is an Admin/Mod and the report is not a scammer report. In situations like these, frequently the group of server regulars that support each other become just as much of a problem. I'm inclined to deny this report, however given the volatility of the situation and based upon Cmp's judgement, I'm issuing a temporary ban of 2 days. If any further evidence of unacceptable behavior by SAXMAN THE VIRGIN SLAYER can be provided before or after the ban period expires, please file a new report.
