I have been informed by the SR Admin that handles the Community tags, that a screenshot of the Victims trade history must be present in order for the tag to process.
This screenshot would show that the Victim did not receive any items from the Runner, to go along with screenshots of them leaving etc.

This person will stay banned on Darkly servers, but without an inventory history screenshot, no Scammer tag can be added.
