Rumbling Noises

I found a thread on abovetopsecret kind of shitty conspiracy theory type site, but they had a thread on rumbling noises heard around the world.

This caught my interest because I have definitely noticed this rumbling, sounds either like a plane or kind of thunder. Also in the middle of the night, I check if there is a thunder storm, or a plane, (and I am pretty sure planes don't fly over the city at night) and there doesent appear to be, anyone else hear these sounds??????? I have a theory it's cloaked airplanes positioning themselves for an easy invasion. Here's a vid of this phenomena:
