RTD Effects Broken/Bugs

Here's a list of bugs that we players have encountered when using the RTD plugin.
1. When invisible, other players can still see your hat.
2. The drugged effect is broken... it doesn't do anything.
3. The timebomb effect is broken... although it sometimes does work. Even when it does, it makes you become a timebomb twice; once when initiating, and once when the 8 seconds are up.
There are more bugs which I can't think of on the top of my head. If I'm missing any, please post.

Team switch commands work on the Plaza servers but not the Rawr servers.

Also, these do not work when rolled with RTD.

Crits - Has never worked, but I think it actually started to work when everything else broke. Not sure.
I think there is more, and then there is the ones that Shoot has mentioned aswell.

All of those commands are in a plugin that came with the server, playercommands.smx I would think. Without it, they will not work.

Sigh....I still don't understand why it was messed with in the first place.

I don't have Admin on the London server, Shotgun has tried a lot to fix it.
I haven't checked the German server yet.
But I am fine on all other servers.

Just curious, is the RTD update discontinued? It has not been updated on the Chicago server for awhile.
