Which DARKLY TF2 servers do you play on: Normally trade #2 and #5, whichever is full, but I'll always be in love with the trade_rawr map, makes me feel at home.

Why do you want to be a DARKLY TF2 Admin:
I think it is pretty clear that some people do not want to follow the rules, (today for example a guy came in, used a porn spray in the server and was saying that he did not see rules anywhere [something that also has to be fixed to be in main screen] and that he would keep doing until an admin or mod would come and tell him otherwise, yet when the mod was on he refused to do it. it took like 20 minutes for him to be kicked) and we are well aware that people wants this position to be able to enforce the rules of the server. I have been playing TF2 for 3 years or more now, I have made every kind of trade possible. I am a collector, and unusual trader, a regular trader, and a competitive player. I have not been a mod before, but I believe that with my experience I can do so. I used to play in many other trade servers, but when I found out Darkly had the map I always loved playing in, this is mostly the only server I go to unless Im doing MVM. I spend every day in the server. People have seen me a lot of times and some would know me well to confirm this. I've been a Marine and consider that discipline is required anywhere, and if no one enforces it, things will just go out of control, people need to learn a limit in what they do (no mic spams, no people talking over others that are trying to actually trade, not being disrespectful to other players, etc). If they refuse to follow simple rules, action needs to be taken right away to make sure they know, we are serious about it.

YES/NO Questions:

Do you have a minimum of 1 month on the server with at least 60 hours of play?
Yes.
Do you have a mic?
Yes.
Are you in good standing with the community?
Yes.
Are you at least 18 years of age?
Yes.

I hope I can be useful to the server. Thank you for your time and consideration.

According to the stats page, you're well over the required 60 hours, so nice one there.

However, after looking through your chat logs, I'm quite hesitant to +1 your application. One of the main rules here at Darkly is to respect everyone and that's not coming through in your chat logs. If someone is causing an issue, the best course of action is to take screenshots, get their names, and make a report here. Not insult them.

Additionally, there was the matter of your brother using your account to spycrab, after which he ran. Luckily, you came back and paid up, but you must understand that we only have your word to go on. Account security is a huge priority for any account in a position of power and if your situation happens again, it's highly unlikely that it will be let go a second time.

Until I see a general improvement in the treatment of others, I'll have to withhold my support for your application, but I do wish you the best of luck.

I'd also recommend posting an introduction in the "I'm New Here" section of the forums.

I'm going to stay neutral on this one for now, I 100% agree with Cmp though account security and respect goes a long way. Good luck

Yea, at the time, it does seem like the best solution is to "bite the snake with its own venom" if you know what I mean. I can understand joking around and going too far sometimes being a natural thing, still, its not right. Although, I'm kinda in a rut like Matthew when deciding wether to vote or not. Regardless, good luck.

ik that as a somewhat new player to darkly my vote wont hold much swing, but I've rarely not seen ripper on some form of darkly server, as well as ive rarely not had to deal with mic spam and scammers sadly. Cmp said you have a small problem dealing with people, but everyone gets frustrated with trolls and i think you can easily deal with them if you're aware and work on it.

Personally from the time I've spent with you on #5 and #1 (No Homo), you haven't talked that much and didn't seem to be enforcing rules. Staying neutral for now.

Great scout dough.

Sorry, but it's a strong no from me.

I can't help but notice that instead of you helping resolve a situation, you're chiming in with comments to keep the problem going, as if it entertains you for there to be an issue. And the rudeness continues to be an issue. One of the rules of the Darkly servers is to treat everyone with respect, and yet I haven't seen any sort of change in you. This is not a characteristic of someone I would want to work with.

You are active ingame, yes, but I personally prefer to work with someone who is actively respectful, helpful, and mature when needed and I just haven't seen that from you yet.

Personally I haven't done anything to make any trouble, all I do is talk to people in the server and play. I'm sorry but you are not enough in the server to judge me like that, while I accept you do not want me as a mod. I will not accept the judgement you are giving.

You're not causing trouble, no, but I can recall at least two occasions where you provoked the person causing the trouble into causing more. And the talking you are doing is the issue. Looking at your chat logs, all I see is you either trashtalking someone else or trading. I'm not asking you to be best friends with everybody. I'm asking you to treat people with at least a little respect.

And yes, I have been ingame more than enough to make this "judgement." I was on for barely 15 minutes today and all I saw out of you was arrogance, both over the mic and in the chat. That plus what I've previously observed is enough to make me vote No, regardless of whether or not you accept it.

No, you're not breaking the rules, but you're certainly not setting an example to be followed as a mod applicant, which is why I vote No.

I am impartial, and I will still deny I have been causing trouble. I do not spam the mic and stay quiet every time any Mod is trying to speak. I will not get in the argument to try to stop it because I am not a moderator and I will cause more trouble by repeating what the moderator/admin is already saying. All I saw was you and the whole team sniping. I answer to what someone tells me and then stay quiet because I prefer actions to words. Maybe not supportive to you, but I am sorry, I do not suck up to anyone and I will not be nice to someone who does not deserve to be treated nice. If I am "rude" to someone, you can be sure I have a reason. I do not act like a moderator like some people do in the server, because I am not one and I leave up to the real moderators what they want to do with the troublemakers. If this means rejection of the application. So be it. You have your point of view and I have mine, like I said. I am very impartial. Someone in this position is not supposed to take favoritism over anyone and I certainly will not either.
