Riddle me this.

[BIOP]

You are standing in a room with 3 light switches. The adjacent room (with the door closed) has three light bulbs, each switch in the room you are in controls one light bulb in the other room. Your task is to figure out which switch pertains to which light bulb. However, you are only allowed to have one light switch switched on when you enter the room with the light bulbs, and you can only enter the room once. How do you identify which switch pertains to which lightbulb?

GENIUS!!!

Solution (because of shotgun):

- Turn on switch #1, leave it on for a long time
- Turn off switch #1, turn on switch #2 for medium length of time (shorter than switch #1 anyway)
- Turn off all switches, go into room: Hottest bulb is Switch #1, Warm bulb is Switch #2, cold bulb is Switch #3.

Turn one on, then off. leave the other one on, and one off.
warm one is 1, etc.
