Is the Genuine AWPer hand the AWP model or is the the model of the hand? I'm confused.

I would love the AWP sniper.

It's a play on words
The AWPer Hand is the Pre-Order gun they released with CS:GO.
The Idea is that you pronounce is 'Upper Hand' because having the AWP in CS means you have the Upper Hand over everyone else

It's just a regular sniper rifle that they re-skinned and gave a different shooting sound basically.
