Reboot TD Darkly server (CS:S)?

I was having this discussion with a bunch of people, including omission, and we agree the server needs to be reset. People who are normally at 5-10 ping are experiencing 30-60 ping and choke as well. I'm not sure exactly who is in charge of this, but please reset.

Talk to Prop, but i don't think the issue is w regards to the server needing a reset.
