Rate's question

I am using Prop's rate guide to fix my rates. In part 2 where I must change my rate to 20000 or 25000 depending on my connection, what is the command for that?

Crank em down!! I got crazy choke, and I crank mine down to 40/40. I have to aim a little different, but once you get the hang of it.
