Race/Driver Training Tracks in Toronto?

I'm looking for a place in or around Toronto where you can drive aggressively and fast, like on a course with enough of open pavement on the side.
Should allow me to do fast, tight cornering, and speeds up to 150 KM/hour on a flat, straight strip. Looking to do a few test runs at both day time and pitch-black night. Must be a place where this is completely legal.

Herp?

I'm a gypsy and don't like to pay taxes on 407, and 401? What time are YOU driving on that?

Besides, I'd like to keep my license. :)

not know if troll..

mandy, if you want to drive fast and turn fast, legally, then you can only do it in the daytime.

PM for details.

35mm is also a good source but he is advertising Auto Slalom, speeds are generally much slower.

also, 150km before turning? you better have a 300+hp car, the race tracks we have in ontario just dont have that much runway.

but, anyway, not know if troll, but i'd say i'm your best bet for this thing :/

You just got your license, and I'm not giving you SHIT. Learn to drive first, like the rest of the packies on the road should!

I maybe JUST got my license, but that doesn't mean I haven't been driving longer than the few months ago I've "had my license"

And FYI, it's not just for me. So I appreciate you guys being all concerned that I need to "learn how to drive first", but I'm pretty sure I'm responsible for my own actions and if I wasn't comfortable with driving, then I wouldn't have asked in the first place.

But other then that, yes, I'm serious about this but I want to feel out how the pricing works.

Fork, I can guarantee my Maserati can meet your 300+hp standards with or without it's paddle shifter.

Regardless, I'm interested in trying it out. My father and I, both, have been talking about it for a while now. Even before I had my license.

Well Mandy, in that case I strongly recommend you the "AISA Academy @ Calabogie Motorsports Park" racing school. One of the bests in Ontario - close to Ottawa. I will be there this year as well.

This should satisfy your need for speed ... is a 3 days event of nothing but pure pleasure on the track.

More info here: [link=http://www.perryautolaval.com/lappingeng.php url]AISA Academy[/link]

And remember one thing ... having a fast car doesn't make you a fast driver. I don't mean this as an offense ... is more of a warning if want ... trust me on this one, baby steps!
