question about weapon drops

its been bugging me for a while. here goes:

do you have to play a certain number of rounds before you are eligible for the weapon drops at the end of the round? or is it open to anyone thats on the server, regardless of team (specs included)?

You can get drops on any VAC-enabled server, but I don't know if you can get drops being in spec.

what if i just joined the sever, got placed on a team and the game ends. does that count? (its happened to me quite a few times now)

Yeah, you can! I've seen it happen on our servers haha

I think there may be a limit to how many drops a user can receive per week as well, though I could be wrong. I heard 4 from some users?
