Yes. It can be done. And this is how.

1. Open notepad
2. Copy this information below and put it directly into there. All the way to the ending function brace. (Took it from my .CFG):

3. Save as, Then name it "mtp.cfg" without the quotes, Then save it to C:/Steam/steamapps/YourUserName/team fortress 2/cfg/ Then reset TF2.
4. Profit. Amazing shader textures on the trade_rawr maps! To add other maps, simply list there names with another entry inside the quotes, then place the "1" on the line for the textures to be enabled.
(NOTICE: This is a client-side change. It will not effect the server in any way, and only clients with this will be able to see the textures)

Posted because the rawr servers look amazing with the paint. I'll see if I can make a plugin out of this. Soon to be.

Thank goodness for GCF scape for finding out this file exsists!
