genrally speaking, people don't put emphasis on the last syl.
it almost always goes near the beginning of a word.
Someone think of another 2 syl. with the emphasis on the second syl. its rare.
edit: thought of one. degree. deGREE. although i have heard people say DEgree..mostly just scots taht say DEgree though..
