Just tried it out, on my machine, First off nicely done. I like it, just a thought though the CTs are able to get to the sites in 10 seconds flat, I'm wondering if that's going to be an issue for players who dislike the whole de_cbble setup. Maybe a longer run for the CTs, like the spawn for Ts in Nuke. Except that issue I think it's Golden.
