[poll] Regarding Knife Mods -- VOTE OR DIE

Every time I get a knife kill, I feel robbed (pardon the pun) of my "bonuses' after getting a knife kill. But since it's a fresh start here on TD.CA, we figured we'd better ask the community for some input on this matter. So...

Both for sure. Being knifed should not only be humiliating, but give the victim a round with no money to think about how much it sucks to get knifed.

Is there any way to make it so you only steal money and not get extra HP? Cause sometimes its impossible to kill someone with 150+ HP.

In all honesty, I rather have the extra HP. Considering I'm running at you with a knife and you have a gun, I'm gonna need that extra HP :P

yup i miss the old mugging and health steal. Gives narf somthing to live for.

It would be cool if we could get a sound to play as well so that everyone knows when it happens. Maybe we could get a sound clip of Narf laughing?

No..NO SOUND. Why? Becuase if you have a few lined up, the sound might get them to check their back after you got the first one. People that use radars usually do that anyways, but i know ive had knife sprees where i killed 3 in a row.

i am opposed health boosts

150 hp = even an AK headshot at point blank will not kill you, M4 will most definetly not kill you, and you can forget about the other guns, esp if you are wearing armor+helmet

and if its cumalitive, its even more fucked up.


i dont mind the mugging, the mugging is a good reward.

If there is a healthmod, it shoudl only take you back top 100. Nothing higher. It give syou an unfair advantage. But if you were down to lets say 40 and you knifed two guys, back up to 100 i wouldnt mind. If we can set up a 100hp limit for the knife mod then im cool with it.

Health mod for sure.

I think the health reward should be massive, +100 imho. Mugging is cool to some extent, it pisses me off but that's life.

And as narf said, when do you only fire 1 bullet at someone knifing you? Never. Quit whining about the health boost!

knife = HP boost.. no $$ penalty !! bad enough u got humiliated, no need to get shot to shit the next 3 rnds because ur broke as shit ! HP boost will recover whatever HP u lost during the knifing !

A p90 to head close range will take the 150+ out of them quite fast ... Narf can agree with that right? :).
