I've been drinking Coffee (espresso) since i was 16, If i don't have a lot of caffeine i get MASSIVE a headaches and i can't work.

i drink it socially, like my booze. actually i drink more beer then coffee.

I don't really notice a difference as far as being awake goes but I do drink it daily just more as a habit. Usually just a cup right when I get into work.
