banned for calling a mod a fag when he wasn't tagged and telling me what to do. at the same time a td member was telling me not to worry about it lol. But yeh full story a guy walked right in front of me then stood there i said " hey dood I'm here go somewhere else" they didn't move so i said again "dood move or ill kill you" he didn't move so 2 seconds not even before the bomb went off i stabbed him and the map changed. 3rd round of next map some1 using the name -d|b- or something like that told me to "watch my ff". I said "what ff I haven't ff'd this round...show me this ff" td member said something along the lines of "dont worry just don't ff" I said "I'm not worried about this fag" then bam banned. classic case of untagged admin not getting the respect he thinks a tagged admin should get...if he is so delicate he should always have his tag on or at least put it on when hes trying to admin the server.

Anyways I don't wanna make two post so ill put these here. Td nick said i didn't get 800fps so i took these pics. I didn't do anything to my settings so i was limited to how many fps i could actually get but these are good enough. Default cfg minimal graphics 800x600
4.14ghz c2d, gtx260 oc'd to 666mhz with 9800gt physx will break 1000fps

I dont see why he would say I couldnt get 800fps its eazy even using default cfg. maybe he thought I meant 800fps max graphics :S

1 - Admins don't have to be tagged to tell you how and what (we have a lot of members that are wearing a TD tag but it doesn't mean they have admin).
2 - Your attitude really sucks ... I remember talking with you quite nicely.
3 - I don't care your reason for intentionally stabbing your team mate ... is not allowed or tolerated. the only reason that I could not act on it on the same map is because map changed right then.
4 - It wasn't the third round I slayed you and then ban you for 10 minutes for your stinky attitude. It was first round slay, second round warning and then ban for attitude.

1) I poke ppl out of the way. a few games back I had a harasser standing on my head and trying to block me when I poped around corners and I got no help and thus the vigilante knife justice began

2) u slayed me with no warning on the pistol round without mentioning y. until reading your post I thought young T slayed me for timebombing him

3) yeh my attitude sucks but I dont go out of my way to disrespect those who are either td(admin or not), regulars or ppl who dont seem like dbs. so merely identifying yourself as td or the 1 who slayed me would have ended the altercation. This would have been better administrating imo :P also having a td say not to worry made me think u weren't an admin reinforcing my belief that I was slayed by young t for timebombing.
4) I can make lists too

But w/e 10mins is fine. I felt it was a sad excuse for a perm ban so we all win in the end. It said I was banned for being banned too many times and I've never seen that so I thought it was perm.

I was there for this, I said "Don't worry about it, just be more careful." because that's all it should have taken. 35 was no impressed with the guys attitude and gave him a time-out.

Neither of them were identified, as 35 may have had a little more patience if he knew it was Jump, a reg. And Jump woulda been more respectful if he knew it wasn't just some douche trying to tell him what to do.

With all do respect, the ban would have not happened if you have not used the "fag" word.

Jokes between friends, are jokes, however, we don't know each other that well and I treat you with respect up to a point ... I believe I deserve the same thing.

Anyway ... it was only 10 minutes and NOT permed.

In the end ... it does not matter who I am and who you are talking to. You don't know the person, treat him/her with respect. That's what I have always done - in game or real life.

And if you think I reacted wrong or it was "poor" administration ... by all means take this thing and discuss it with BHA. I stand by my decision and I would do the same again, no matter who it will be ... so I personally recommend to be more careful, mindful and respectful with someone you don't know (admin or not). For me it doesn't matter how long you have played on the sever. The day you became a douche-bag I will act on it (friend or not).

Anyway ... I thing this dragged to much for something minor.

44 all i said was there was better ppl below you or at least thats all I ment and even before I said that I said "im not hating on 44 hes good but..." i really wasn't try to offend you 44, you are in the upper tier of online gamers but there are more skilled players who you out rank. the conversation was about rank not being the "do all end all" of good playing.

but come to think of it I think i did say "44 is #1 i rest my case" I guess that was harsh and your undeserving of that comment so I guess I took it too far and I apologize but even that being said your good but not #1 player good (and no I don't think I'm #1)

Lemme chime in here. Not to say that your ban was warranted, but are you only a model citizen IRL when you're around police? No, so you shouldn't be a dick just because you don't think that person is admin.

Secondly, a screenshot of your FPS means nothing. If you record a demo, play it back in slowmotion, it will crank up your FPS. Want to see my 8600GT run at 3000+ FPS? Because I can produce the same type of screenshot.

narf you never speed on the highway? you've never slammed on the brakes as soon as u see a speed trap? well then... dont throw stones. The majority of ppl will only follow rules when they are being watched thats why the server has admins in the first place and not just rules.

He didn't have to prove himself as a mod but as the person who was taking action against me (but even saying he was td and not some random would have been more then enough). Random ppl don't police that's why we have police. It wouldn't be the first time &quotfficer Random/Officer Oldman" tried to bring about justice.

And those are in game ss I have better things to do then waste time figuring out ways of making it look like my comp is doing as much work as it should. also ur 8600gt (although great for css) is a pos and my card is well over 2x the power even at standard clock so if you could do that to get 3k fps mine would be 6k. Nick asked that i prove it I said i could post a ss he said okay do that and i did there was no arguement or anything I remember just 2 ppl talking about vgas bc he said he got a new gtx275. So I have no reason to make a fake.

I don't speed enough to warrant a speeding ticket if that's what you're wondering hence I don't need to slam on any brakes. No speeding infraction whatsoever in my 12 years of driving. I've had one for not wearing my seatbelt which was just forgetful of me.

As for the FPS thing, I could've posted a SS of 3000+ FPS on 1650x1080 and claimed* that I had a tri-SLI. What I'm saying is it can all be faked so you posting a screenshot of 800+fps doesn't mean anything.

EDIT: you can post a video too, but that too, I'm afraid can be faked. At the very least, I know I can.

Jump! appealed a ban that was already expired when he posted this, so this whole thing just has NO meaning.

For technical issues, please use the proper threads in this forums.

And I repeat one more time ...

1. - There are A LOT of TD members with tag and no admin powers. Me wearing a tag doesn't mean anything as far as regarding the admin powers. Since, wearing a tag or not while banning someone is irrelevant. Consider it as an undercover cop if you really want.

2. - This IS a public server and accessible to all players that are looking for fun. You HAVE to be respectful with anyone you don't know (admin or not).

I love TD I play ONLY on TD servers. Me not wearing a tag is not a form of disrespect, is a way to catch guys like you that are playing nice when admins are on and act retard with all the others.
