Fuuuuu, just looked up the trailer for this game (haven't previously heard of it), and it looked amazing! Then I saw what the gameplay is like, and all of those potential beautiful graphics.... gone, in a WoW-style overhead view Oh the potential... still looks kinda cool

Yeah, WoW isn't overhead. FoE is a hack 'n slash with the view just like all the others. It just has improved graphics, a sweet way to do skills, and a unique feel. You play multiple first-person shooters. They all have the same view too.
