Plugin needs to be removed!!!!

The plugin /vote mute and /vote kick is being abused on the server. I need someone to remove the command from the server. People are muting and kicking people when they are not needing the punishment. There is too much chaos going on with that plugin being open to anyone. I recommend that is it taken out for the good of the server. ~Seth

I'm not going to remove it; it was a permissions problem. It should be fine now.
You can only vote for rain, night, and day now.

When I first set up that plugin it was working perfectly fine, other than needing a reload every so often.

I added a new vote plugin. Instead of RealVotes or whatever past plugin we were using, I replaced it with Vote.
I just forgot to add permissions T.T, I thought most of them were OP only, but I guess not.
