Anyways, this dude is uber pathetic and needs to get his ass removed from steam altogether. Visit his steam webpage @ http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198003459037 and report a violation against him. He's already VAC banned, but maybe with enough violation reports to flag him, steam might remove his account altogether from his access (its a violation of the steam agreement when you try to steal accounts lol while admitting it too)

Open up steam and go under the "community" tab. It essentially is steam's web browser. From there copy n paste the website I posted. On that page there is a drop tab around the top right corner saying "report violation". From there just click "user violation" write a simple msg saying the dude tried to steal your account and submit. Presto. Valve/Steam prob won't do anything for a long while, but I figure it doesn't hurt letting em know. You can also try adding him to friends so you can tell him he's a complete retard! yay

ive had this happen a few times the first time it scared the shit outta me i wasnt sure what it was but i remembered the whole steam valve will never ask for username and password and told the guy that i never got a responce and that was that.
