Please ban this scammer

I was scammed by this individual on one of the trade servers. He left the server and joined another one. I followed him and confronted him. He proceeded to gloat about the amount of people he has scammed.

Well usually scamming is when someone offers you more then 8 items lets say 16 items, which requires 2 trades for something and then like in the end, he only completes 1 trade and leaves...

the other way is renaming something to something else with a nametag and screwing over the other person(though this usually appears in the trade that the item was renamed) or changing the description to include an unusual effect or something like that.
