So, me and my roomate got this hooked up this weekend. There is an english patch that helps you with any of the things you might need to play the game (Menu's, Important Moves, Skill Tree's, etc). Anyone else playing this game? I'de love to get a bit of info, i had a few guys over level 100 including a level 160 in the original PSO but this game is completely different lol.

For anyone who needs info on how to get it set up, I can totally help, but be forewarned, much of it is still in Japanese :S

Damn... PSO. I rocked this on Dreamcast (Online) and even harder on the original Xbox. (online)

Played legit and had a ton of wicked characters. I played Blue Burst for awhile but it just didn't do it for me. I will definitely look into this! Thanks. Is there a site to the english patch?

Ok, so heres the deal. Yes, there is somewhat of a process for getting the game. I too played a ton of the original and had all sorts of Wicked Strong characters and played BB as well. And based on that, I bet you would love this game. Its free and once you get the hang of it, the game is sick.


Here is some detailed instructions of how to get the game started. You need to register a sega account, and the easiest way to do that is through Google Chrome, using google translate with Japanese to English.

Here is the English Patch. Honestly it only helps with the main aspects, but based on the fact you have a lot of previous PSO experience its pretty easy to pick up. I'm on level 7 and I have a pretty good handle now on how to play the game:

There are instructions there but all you need to do is dl the file and move it into your C Drive/Sega/PSO 2 Bin folder and overwright the existing files.

PS! You can't currently play this game while running Avast. I've had tons of problems and as soon as i uninstalled avast and ran as admin with a different AV program everything works perfect (tested on two computers and widely known now throught the forums).
