Yo Guys,
Recently I've been having a problem where my HDD wouldn't load windows...after a restart...
Basically you see the typical loading screen and then it just goes to a BSOD for less than a second and restarts my PC...
so I spent some time figuring out and I found out that in the bios when its loading/checking all the drives some of the drives didn't appear in their appropriate locations:
SATA1: blblabla
SATA2: blablabl
SATA3: Blank(when there is supposed to be something)
SATA4: none
so I took the easy way out and took out the third SATA which is an additional HDD and now it works.
So right now I'm suspecting is a power problem.
I've a 650W Antec Earthwatts
Core2Duo
8600GT
2 HDD (250GB and 500GB)
2GB RAM
I've never had any long term problems before...dunno why it would fuck up now....
But I was wondering what you guys think...is it really a PSU problem? Or is the problem coming from my second HDD?
